As Cultura continues its strategic growth while remaining laser focused on a unique and disruptive model, our team is looking to expand the Delivery practice. Specifically adding a Delivery Manager who will support our Principal Delivery Manager in scaling the business and driving operational efficiencies centered on a performance-driven search model.

History
Cultura Solutions was founded nearly 7 years ago by Brian Peterson, Founder & Managing Partner, who as a strong performer in a broken industry envisioned a search firm which focused less on client volume, and rather offered more dedication to service, delivery excellence, and higher success rates. As a leader he set out to build something special. Each year the firm has seen steady growth and strategic hiring decisions were made to continue to advance the practice while keeping company culture a top priority. In 2018 Lexy Johnson, Director of Executive Search focusing on the Commercial Services Industry, joined the firm and hit the pavement hard. Lexy has become the face of our firm, and a cultural glue necessary to our continued success. She keeps our team energized, helps us all maintain a positive outlook, and has taught us what it means to approach clients with truly relational touch. Then in 2021 Michael Tebon joined Cultura as Principal Delivery Manager. Michael is one of the most effective search delivery professionals in the industry and has helped us prove out the relative scalability of our search model. His presence has been instrumental in providing our firm clear opportunities for our continued, steady growth. Next, in early 2023, Matt Jensen was brought on to the team as Director of Executive Search tasked with leveraging his extensive background building executive search practices for fortune 500 enterprise corporations, particularly within Advanced Manufacturing and Industrial Markets, to drive the continued growth of the firm's portfolio. Matt maintains an incredibly strong network of executives across North America, and has garnered a reputation as a skilled relationship builder who earns trust quickly from clients, offering valuable insights and counsel around effective leadership hiring strategies. Finally in summer of 2023, Emily Bryant was brought on as Operations Manager with a mission to help the firm create an unparalleled client and candidate experience by not only ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, but also by assisting practice leaders in crafting a more personal and progressive search experience through customized digital deliverables.

This past year the firm set lofty goals and achieved them on nearly all fronts. Toward the back half of the year Cultura saw such an influx in clients that we ultimately had to turn away business in order to maintain the promises of our mission and vision.
