Great Day Improvements was founded in 2014 as a platform to build a leading direct-to-consumer home improvement business through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Backed by private equity sponsorship, the company expanded rapidly by acquiring and integrating established regional brands, beginning with Patio Enclosures, a legacy manufacturer and installer of sunrooms and outdoor living products. A Day in the Life

Great Day Improvements is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Division President to lead Champion Windows through its next phase of growth and operational evolution. As one of the company’s largest and most established divisions, Champion represents a ~$400M national business with strong brand recognition, vertically integrated capabilities, and a meaningful installed base. The Division President will assume full P&L responsibility, leading sales, marketing, field operations, and performance management across a multi-market footprint. This role is centered on building a more consistent, disciplined, and scalable operating model - strengthening execution in the near term while unlocking the full potential of a well-known brand with significant runway for growth.

Day to day, this leader will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution - partnering closely with functional and market leaders to improve sales productivity, modernize marketing approaches, and drive greater accountability across the organization. Success will require a balance of commercial instinct and operational rigor: establishing clear performance cadences, upgrading talent, and creating alignment across historically decentralized teams. At the same time, the role offers the opportunity to shape the future of the business—refining how Champion goes to market, improving consistency across regions, and building a repeatable model for expansion.
