Renewal by Andersen, the extremely high growth direct-to-consumer replacement window subsidiary organization of Andersen Corporation, has experienced explosive growth and maturation over the last decade as it has become the largest vertically integrated remodeling company in its category. In 2021, Renewal by Andersen will likely generate over $3 Billion in gross sales across its network of 100+ field locations throughout the United States and Canada. The construct that vast network includes several independent Renewal by Andersen affiliate owners, who exclusively market, sell, install, and service Renewal by Andersen products under the signature Renewal by Andersen brand. One of the largest Renewal by Andersen independent affiliates in the country is Moore Holdings which owns and operates several major Renewal by Andersen markets across the US generating over $600M in annual revenue and employing over 2,000 people. Across the entire Renewal by Andersen network, one of the individual markets most ripe for massive growth and expansion is Renewal by Andersen of Georgia. Covering the entire state, RbA of GA grew to an expected ~$50M+ in revenue by the end of 2021. While this is healthy growth and production, the market insights and demographics tell us that RbA of GA most certainly could be a $100M+ business in the next several years with the right leadership in place. Moore Holdings' executive team is seeking a seasoned, senior level leader to assume the role of President of this ~$50M Renewal by Andersen business and drive its major growth over the coming years.

History

Andersen Corporation was founded in 1903 along the Saint Croix River in Minnesota by Hans Andersen and his family. In the mid 1990's, having established itself as a top brand in its category, Andersen saw an opportunity to introduce a custom replacement window division. Renewal by Andersen was born of this decision over 25 years ago as the vertically integrated, full-service, direct-to-consumer “replacement window” division of Andersen and has since grown tremendously, driving major bottom-line performance and extensive innovation across Andersen's enterprise.

David Moore

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER / OWNER (DIRECT MANAGER)

With an MBA from Harvard University, David Moore has experienced a colorful and highly successful career as an investor, owner, board member, and senior executive of several businesses over 30 years. David is an extremely passionate, high-energy, aspirational executive who sets high expectations while acting as a true partner and servant leader to his executive team and market leaders. David grew up in the remodeling industry purchasing his family's business - Garden State Brickface - and growing the business to one of the largest integrated remodeling companies in the US with over 500 employees. He went on to assume the CEO spot at Register.com, and stayed on as a Board Member after its exit. Today, David's core focus and attention is on the 8 major Renewal by Andersen markets he owns and operates as CEO of Moore Holdings, while peripheral activities include a board seat with Atlanta-based Spanx, minority ownership of the Atlanta Hawks NBA team, and additional board seats with other notable firms in the US. He is also an extremely dedicated philanthropist leading several high-profile charities outside of his daily work. David has been married to his wife for 33 years, and has two children who are not involved in the family business.

Roni Jacobson

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

As a graduate of Cardozo School of Law, Roni Jacobson started her career as a practicing attorney with Loeb & Loeb, one of the most prestigious law firms in New York. She went on to experience a very successful run as a senior executive of Register.com, where she met David Moore and established a life-long professional bond as his direct report. She shifted away from her core General Counsel work, and moved into business operations executive leadership successfully leading the company through two exits during her ~11 year tenure. David Moore immediately recruited Roni as COO of Moore Holdings/Renewal by Andersen in 2010, where she remains an integral component to the success and immense growth of the organization. Roni works hand-in-hand with market leadership, setting high expectations while partnering to provide support and guidance wherever necessary. She is highly analytical and data-driven, but has emphasized relationship building as a core tenant to her leadership style.

A Day in the Life

As a full P&L owner, Renewal by Andersen's next President will guide the complex, fast-paced, vertically integrated environment of a major market operation. Currently, this market is generating upwards of $50M in annual revenues with a healthy bottom line. However, the next President will fuel the next stage of evolution and growth of this business, with a highly realistic and feasible opportunity to grow the organization to well over $100M in the next 3-4 years. The President of Renewal by Andersen of Georgia will be actively involved in hiring, leading, coaching, and developing other functional leaders, including several Senior Sales Managers who lead very large teams of highly commissioned in-home sellers, several Production Managers who lead large installation crews of skilled craftspeople, a Vice President of Operations who leads all back-end business operations, an HR Manager, a Finance Leader, and more. With a hyper-focus on people, this senior leader will direct their attention to designing and encouraging an extremely healthy culture of inspired, motivated, cared-for, and recognized professionals. They will also drive operational efficiencies, particularly around logistics and planning, as the recent market expansion across the entire state of Georgia introduces potential new opportunities for additional physical locations. As Andersen Corporation plans to introduce new products which cater to southern coastal climates in early 2022, this President will also drive the introduction of those new product lines into eastern coastal areas of the state.
