President of Construction

ENCLAVE

Enclave is a midwest-based, highly reputable unified commercial real estate investment firm that has experienced explosive growth over the last 12 years.  Founded in 2011 by incredibly bright and aspirational entrepreneurs, Austin Morris and Ben Meland, Enclave quickly blossomed from a 5 person start-up to a $275M vertically integrated firm that has executed over 150 projects representing over $1B in value, and employing over 250 people across its portfolio of services within development, construction, and asset management. Enclave’s mission is to create distinct spaces for communities to thrive in, and they pride themselves on their ability to leverage a fully-integrated team with the necessary expertise to manage all the complexities involved in end-to-end real estate projects. Given the company’s major growth over the last 5 years, its leadership team is seeking a seasoned, senior level executive to assume the newly created role of President of Construction to inherit a 65-person, high performing construction business, with the interest in driving continued growth particularly into new geographical markets and new industries across Industrial, Healthcare, University, and other potential categories. The team is engaged in a strategic plan with confidence in growing from $275M to $500M+ by 2027, and this President will be a highly critical component of that effort.
