After 2 years in the General Manager seat, John Hoven has proven immediate success strengthening and scaling the operations and installation side of the business. With significant backing and investment from RbA's executive leadership, the team fully embraces and expects to double, if not tripe the size of this market. This organization is in high-throttle growth mode and is seeking a seasoned sales leader to join an already talented leadership bench to significantly impact the growth and maturation of this market.
