Welcome to Tomorrow

We believe that effective leaders don't simply seek "jobs"; they seek organizations with a compelling story, exceptional colleagues, and room for continued growth. As you scroll through this page, you will gain a better understanding of Graco's narrative, where the company has been, and where it is going.

Vice President of Procurement

Graco

Graco is a global leader in fluid-handling systems and components, generating over $2.2B in annual revenue through its Contractor, Industrial, and Process segments, with products sold in more than 100 countries. Founded in 1926 in Minneapolis, the company spent their early decades focused on lubrication equipment before the 1958 launch of the first airless paint sprayer transformed it into the undisputed leader in fluid application technology. Through organic innovation and strategic acquisitions (Gusmer, Gema, White Knight, etc.), Graco has evolved into a pure-play fluid-handling powerhouse with manufacturing in North America, Europe, and Asia.

With the global fluid-handling market projected to grow more than $20B over the next five years largely driven by automation, sustainability, and precision-application demand, Graco’s executive team is seeking its next critical leader in the Vice President of Procurement. This person will own global sourcing and supplier partnerships across a multi-site footprint, modernize procurement through digital tools and risk management, and drive cost, quality, and innovation advantages. The mandate is clear: deliver immediate impact while demonstrating the potential to ascend quickly into broader executive responsibilities within Graco.

Graco's Market Position

Graco is a publicly traded global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of premium fluid-handling systems and components used in contractor, industrial finishing, process, and lubrication applications worldwide. Founded in 1926 and forever shaped by the 1958 invention of the airless paint sprayer, Graco has built an unmatched reputation for engineering excellence, durability, and innovation that professionals trust on job sites and production lines in over 100 countries. History

Founded in 1926 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, as a small auto repair shop called Gray Company, Inc., Graco entered the fluid-handling space in the 1930s by inventing the industry’s first portable, air-powered grease gun. This entrepreneurial spark ignited nearly a century of focused innovation from the groundbreaking 1958 airless paint sprayer that revolutionized the contractor industry, to a steady stream of acquisitions and product expansions in finishing, process, and lubrication technologies. After decades of private ownership and disciplined reinvestment, Graco went public in 1969, unlocking capital to accelerate global expansion and cement its position as the enduring leader in premium fluid-handling systems worldwide.

Industry Fit

Over the past nine decades, Graco has earned an unmatched reputation as the professional’s brand of choice across contractor, industrial finishing, and process applications worldwide. From electric airless sprayers trusted on the largest construction projects to precision metering pumps and plural-component systems that define quality in automotive and composite manufacturing, Graco delivers rugged, innovative fluid-handling equipment that maximizes quality and efficiency for the most demanding customers in the industry.

Scale

Graco is a $2.2 billion pure-play leader in fluid-handling equipment, operating 19 manufacturing facilities and multiple distribution centers across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, with products sold in over 100 countries. The company employs more than 4,000 people globally, supports three core segments (Contractor, Industrial, and Process), and maintains an extensive direct sales and distributor network that reaches professional end-users in construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, agriculture, and countless specialty applications. With a market cap typically exceeding $12 billion and a consistent track record of high-single-digit growth, strong free cash flow, and disciplined capital allocation, Graco stands as one of the most respected, financially robust names in the global industrial equipment landscape.
