Vice President of Talent Acquisition
Allstar Services
Allstar Services is a leading national platform in the residential exterior services industry, specializing in roofing, repair, and maintenance. Private equity backed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners since April of 2023, Allstar has grown aggressively through acquisitions, now uniting close to 20 elite brands nationally and growing to ~$400 million in revenue today. In a crowded market, Allstar rises above by seamlessly integrating powerhouse brands, sparking innovation, and delivering experiences that keep customers coming back.
Allstar has reached critical point in its growth cycle, combining a robust M&A strategy with an aggressive push for rapid organic and greenfield expansion. In 2026 alone, Allstar plans to launch 6–8 new locations in untapped markets, targeting a bold vision of $200 million in annual revenue from these new ventures within the next few years. Alongside this, the established base business is expected to sustain double-digit annual growth, underscoring the scale and momentum driving the company forward. This expansive growth trajectory requires the Vice President of Talent Acquisition to serve as a vital architect and powerhouse within Allstar’s leadership team. Reporting directly to CEO Adam Love, this executive will spearhead the development of a centralized, sophisticated talent acquisition function—leveraging cutting-edge AI tools, streamlining systems, and pioneering innovative hiring strategies. Their mission: to ensure a consistent influx of top-tier talent across high-velocity sales and marketing roles, fueling Allstar’s transformation into the premier residential roofing platform in the U.S. The ideal leader will seamlessly blend strategic foresight with hands-on execution, delivering immediate impact while building a scalable, future-ready TA engine that powers sustained success across both new market launches and the thriving base business.

Allstar Services
Allstar Services is a national platform of market-leading exterior services brands, providing homeowners with trusted replacement, repair, and maintenance solutions across roofing, siding, windows, and gutters. By bringing together high-performing brands under one roof, they leverage shared expertise and best practices to deliver consistent quality, innovation, and value for their customers. The culture is one rooted in teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement as they reimagine the customer journey and empower their people to win together.
History
Allstar Services began in the late 1970s as Allstar Construction, a small re-roofing company based in Minnesota. In the late 1980s, Pete Carlson—now Executive Chairman—joined the team and helped drive the company’s expansion into full residential exterior services, including gutters, siding, and windows. In 2005, Carlson and four colleagues acquired the business from its founder and all five remain actively involved today. Since partnering with Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, Allstar has experienced rapid, strategic growth and is now entering its next chapter—poised for continued expansion in the coming cycle.
Home Improvement
Allstar Services is redefining the home improvement industry with a bold roll-up strategy—uniting close to 20 market-leading residential exterior brands under one platform backed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners. By integrating best practices across a historically fragmented market, Allstar drives operational efficiency, cultural alignment, and accelerated growth. Unlike traditional operators that rely solely on organic expansion or rigid standardization, Allstar maintains the strength of local brand identities while implementing centralized systems and select functions to enable scalable and high-velocity sales. This mindful and value-add integration approach, grounds the company in continuous improvement and a reimagined customer experience. With innovation at its core, Allstar is rapidly emerging as the nation’s most forward-thinking and valuable residential roofing platform.
Scale
Allstar Services generates approximately $400 million in annual revenue, with operations spanning across 16+ states primarily east of the Mississippi and across roughly 20 integrated brands. The company is showing no signs of slowing down with plans to scale aggressively; the base business is expecting to grow organically at a double-digit compound annual growth rate while the greenfield expansion is targeting ~$200M in annual revenue within the next few years. The Greenfield business is already making its mark in three key markets—Detroit, Milwaukee, and Cincinnati—and is poised to launch 6 to 8 additional new ventures in 2026. With a solid engine and proven playbook in place, alongside a fully developed production capability, the company anticipates accelerating growth at a rapid pace beyond 2026, unlocking significant expansion opportunities.
